Love Agrees in Prayer
"If two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father."
Matthew 18:19
Just as we talked about at small group how we can not walk the Christian faith alone, there's another aspect to consider. Prayer. Prayer is by far the most intimate and powerful thing we have. It is our connection to God - he listens and cares to what we have to say.
It is good to pray alone. It is good to have those times of solitude before your heavenly Father. However, the Bible informs us that it's also good to pray with other believers.
"It's true that beginning a habit like this can initially feel awkward and uncomfortable. Anything this powerful will surprise you with its weight and responsibility when you actually try doing it. But bear in mind that God wants you to engage with Him - invites you, in fact - and He will grow you as you take it seriously and push past those times when you don't know what to say." Love Dare
Dare
Find someone who you can pray with. Ideally this would be your accountability partner, a parent, or friends from youth group and/or school. Believe Matthew 18:19 in your life.
