Love Cherishes
The Lord cherishes you and you should cherish yourself as well because what’s important to God should be important to you. Also, your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and should be treated as such. How many of you are hard on yourselves, or don’t treat your body in a manner that shows others your self worth?
We need to start seeing ourselves through God’s eyes. Psalms 139:13 states "For you created my inmost being;you knit me together in my mother's womb. " We are all designed by God and perfect according to His standards. We need to stop comparing ourselves to those fake models we see in magazines and other worldly standards. We are each a unique masterpiece handcrafted by the Almighty God.
Dare – Today take out a piece of paper and write down all your wonderful qualities. Whenever a negative thought about yourself pops into your head, ask God for the ability to see yourself the way he does.
